A novel method of integration a silver-polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) nanocomposite in microfluidic channel for the realization lab-on-a-chip is reported this work. By using silver nitrate aqueous precursor solution, nanostructures are formed on, and under surface PDMS, by situ reduction. The aggregates reduction have wide absorbance plasmon band UV–Visible range. Separated nano-islands, having narrow bands post-reduction annealing process. plasmonic property used detection bovine growth hormone. Subsequently, was integrated into specially fabricated micro-wall which actual sensing area environment. experiments confirmed that can be device order to enhance sensitivity.
